Free Shipping for all Orders
- Shipping of the goods will normally be made within 24 hours, through Standard Registered Air Mail, where the signature of the recipient is required
- We will not ship to Post Box.
- International orders may be subject to Customs inspections and/or fees based upon each specific Country’s regulations. We cannot be responsible for these actions nor for reimbursement of any Customs fees if products are returned.
Return Policy:
- Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper -resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened and must be returned within 30 days of dispatch.
- Docderma is not responsible for shipment loss or damaged caused by shipment. We do not accept returns on any over-the-counter medications unless they are expired or damaged.
- All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip.
- Please note we do not accept cross shipment, item received not in original packing and it must be never opened condition, we will only resend the item as soon as we received the returned item.
- Refund may be issued to the store credit note under the buyer’s account for the next purchase or credited back to the buyer’s credit card or Paypal account.
